A Day with Mark

Time is ticking, and at this moment each and every minute counts for Mark. His journey is approaching and he is using his remaining time to get ready to go. Here is what Mark’s regular day look like:

6:45 a.m.-Wake up and go through the normal morning routine, shower followed by breakfast. Then he goes on to this computer and checks and responds to his emails and messages.

7:30 a.m.-He goes on to his cardio workout which is usually a bike ride of around 15 miles.

12:00 p.m.-Mark eats his lunch. His lunch includes a wide variety of foods high in carbs and protein.  Mark states that he cannot eat enough.  He wants to put on weight for the ride but this is proving to be very difficult with all of his training.

1:00 p.m.-He goes back to his office to make phone calls to schedule people for interviews. Following his office work, Mark continues his training, including weight and skills training.  Mark says that he looks forward to this each day because it usually involves going to the skate park.  He has been much more cautious lately so that he doesn’t get injured before he sets out on his adventure.

4:00 p.m.-Mark returns to his office and responds to and sends out more emails, mainly related to promoting the film.

6:30 p.m.-Mark spends the rest of the afternoon in the office and then eats another huge dinner.

7:30 p.m.- As the sun begins to set and the temperature cools down, , Mark goes on to his evening training ride which includes a moderate/leisure bike ride that is his last physical training of the day.

9:00 p.m.-Mark goes home to plan for the next day and work on networking, designing posters, researching, and writing proposals.   As exhaustion kicks in, Mark gets ready to go to bed.

11:30-12:30 p.m.-Mark ties up any loose ends from the day, responds to more emails, and finishes up any projects from the day.

Then tomorrow comes, another day closer to his journey.
